OSA Known-Issues
================
The following known-issue affecting the INTEGRAL Offline Scientific
Analysis (OSA 5.1) has been added:

IBIS
----
     10.In OSA 5.1, the default value of the IBIS_NoisyDetMethod
        parameter is set to 0 while the IBIS cookbook recommends to
        set it to 1.
        When running an analysis, users have to set
        IBIS_NoisyDetMethod manually to 1 otherwise they will miss
        the detection of some noisy pixels.
