Registration

The registration fee covers the participation to the conference, the welcome reception, the coffee breaks and all the dinners from Monday until Thursday, including the HTRS in the Alps dinner on Wednesday.

Regular registration fee (until 22 October 2010): CHF 400.-
Late registration fee: CHF 550.-

Abstract submission

You can submit an abstract for an oral presentation or a poster here at any time until the registration dead line (October 22nd). Abstracts will be considered only if there is at least one registered participant among the authors. For oral contributions, the first author must be registered.

Payment of registration fee

To pay the registration fee, please follow the instructions of the fee payment page. Note that late payments (after October 22nd) will incur a surcharge (CHF 550.- instead of CHF 400.-).

Payment of accomodation

The payment for the accomodation is independent from the registration fee and is payed individually by the participants upon arrival. This can be done by cash or credit card at the hotel reception.
