Fermi data analysis hands-on session
On Sunday (March 14), from 14:00 to 19:00, a hands-on tutorial session covering basic analysis methods for data obtained by the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope has been organized at the Saas-Fee course venue by the Fermi Science Support Center (FSSC). The program consists of viewgraph presentations and hands-on use of the analysis tools.

Prerequisites for participation
- a laptop computer with a valid installation of the Fermi Science Tools,
- test data sets downloaded onto your laptop computer. They can be obtained from the FSSC site
- have an installation of the HEAdas software tools on your computer,
- that you have read the basic introductory documentation prior to the workshop, and ideally, you have already tried a few analysis examples beforehand.
